Although the historic home crowns the grounds, the charming gazebo is the jewel of the wedding and event garden. White arbors and a floral pathway with white tree roses lead up to it. This is a specially designed area for your special day with other unique touches you would have to see to appreciate. Your wedding here would not only be in a gorgeous peaceful setting accompanied by multiple birds and butterflies, but it would be personally attended to your unique wishes.

I can provide reputable local referrals for just about any service you may need.  Our gardens include water features, a semi-formal English cottage garden with paths, cottage and more plus power throughout.  The Wedding Garden is specially designed for sunset ceremonies.  There is also an historic wagon trail and nature trails that lead to a year round stream that guests enjoy.

The bridal changing area includes an ironing board and iron, garment rack, comfortable seating, diaper changing table, refrigerator and room for several attendants.  The groom has a changing area too but it is rustic and quite fun and is in our historic barn! 

The current event fee is $1700.  A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required per reservation, with the balance of $1200 due 30 days prior to the event.  We welcome payments for the balance also.

Upon reservation, a CD of wedding music is presented along with a planning guide.  You will find that weddings with Holstein House are very personal, special and money well spent. We have a photo album available for you to review plus our web site has photos and you or friends and relatives are welcome to come see our gardens.

We have 2 major goals in our weddings here:  to keep the stress down for the bride and mothers and to keep the budget under control.  As we take a personal and non commercial approach, we like to say that we have elegant weddings here but we have fun too!
