Welding Class
Now accepting registrations for October
2008!
Those that
contact me first will get scheduled
before I advertise as I can only take a
limited number of students in this very
popular Garden Art Welding class.
We believe we are the only ones in the
area offering such a class.
The
Step 1, or basic class, will
make a 4
ft creative ca ttail sculpture. This
will take about 4 hrs to make and I
supply everything. The cost for
this class is $75. You will get to
take them home the day of the class and
they are free form. This means I
will show you the basic design and
encourage you to each make your own
unique. You will learn basic MIG
(wire feed) welding which is fun, easy
and safe. It uses a non-explosive,
inert gas, Argon, and no rods yet it can
do big jobs too. You will also
learn to use many power and shop tools
plus bending tools and so much more!
It's a great way to spend a cold, rainy
winter day with the wood stove burning
in a brightly lit shop sharing hot
drinks and snacks with friends!
Our
apologies to our loyal students but due to increasing costs we have had
to drop the Step 2 classes.
Note: I only sign up to 4
students per Step 1 class. Pre-registration
and payments are required for these
classes so I may obtain supplies.
A waiting list will be
created if necessary.
